  • Content of your message

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your contact request, present our services to you, and — with your consent — to follow up commercially. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on your explicit consent (the form's checkbox) and our legitimate interest in establishing a commercial relationship with asset management firms interested in our solution.

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for 3 years from the last contact. After this period, it is automatically deleted, except in the case of an active contractual relationship (where data is kept for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after its termination, in accordance with legal obligations).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction: limit the use of your data
